Energy Technologies, plus Energy Modeling, and Services
CIMI Energy helps commercial, industrial, multifamily, municipal, and institutional organizations reduce their heating, cooling, and electrical consumption through innovative energy products, energy use optimization modeling, energy asset investment planning and sustainability reporting.
For computer modeling, CIMI Energy uses a range of data including heat load calculations, building occupancy patterns, hardware costs, installation costs, energy costs, manufacturers efficiency data, etc. to determine the best, most appropriate and long-term sustainable system plan.
Utility Consulting
A second service area relates to direct services to gas and power utilities. CIMI Energy can help reduce peak energy demand through a combination of AI-enabled technology and program design featuring variable time-of-day energy pricing, carbon pricing, or other market based incentives.
